2012 AMFA REGISTRATION COSTS

For your convenience, the AMFA offers both online and walk-registration for the upcoming 2012 season. The costs associated with registration for each division is listed below.  PLEASE NOTE: Rep “A” and “B” players are required to pay an additional $150.00 on top of registration to cover costs for the Rep Program.  All players must show proof of age (Birth Certificate/BC Medical Card/ Pass port) when registering.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to register your child online, the costs associated with online registration are approximately 5% higher than the costs associated with walk in registration. This is due to added costs to online transactions from credit card companies.

PLEASE NOTE: Your child age category is base on his/her age as of midnight, Dec 31 of the current playing year. For example if your child is turning 11 this June, he/she would be a playing U-12.

WALK IN REGISTRATION DATES

Jan. 21 at Matsqui Rec Center. 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
Feb. 11 at Seven Oaks Mall. 9:30 am – 5:30 pm. (at the Community booth near Royal Bank)
Feb. 25 at EcoDairy. 1356 Sumas Way. 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.

UNIFORM DEPOSIT

A uniform deposit cheque of $100.00 will be required at the start of the season, given to the coach at the first practice. The player will not receive a uniform if this cheque has not been handed in to their coach. This cheque is to be dated for August 1, 2012 and will only be cashed in the event the player’s uniform is not returned at the end of the season.

SOFTBALL BC NUMBER

For all first year squirt players and new players born in 2002 and older, a Softball BC number is required to register. This number will stay with them through their ball years. The onetime Fee of $10 is covered by AMFA. Please check for Softball BC numbers before issuing new ones.
