2017 AMFA REGISTRATION


For your convenience, the AMFA will be offering both online and walk-registration for the upcoming 2017 season. The costs associated with registration for each division is listed below. PLEASE NOTE: Rep “A” and “B” players are required to pay additional fees on top of registration to cover costs for the Rep Program.  All players must show proof of age (Birth Certificate/BC Medical Card/ Pass port) when registering. Your child age category is base on his/her age as of midnight, Dec 31 of the current playing year. For example if your child is turning 11 this June, he/she would be a playing U-12.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to register your child online, the costs associated with online registration are approximately 5% higher than the costs associated with walk in registration. This is due to added costs to online transactions from credit card companies. Online Registration will close March 31st, 2017.

ONLINE REGISTRATION


Online registration for the 2017 Season will close March 31st. Register your child safely and securely online. If you have any questions, please contact our Registrar Carmel Klassen at registrar@amfa.ca@amfa.ca!

REP UNIFORM DEPOSIT


A postdated (August 1, 2017) uniform deposit cheque of $100.00 will be collected from U10-U19 divisions at the time your coach hands out the uniforms. This cheque will be cashed only if your uniform is not handed in at the end of the season.

VOLUNTEER FEE


A volunteer fee cheque of $100.00 postdated to August 1, 2017 will be collected from all players LTP – U19C divisions prior to the start of your first game by your coach. The $100.00 represents 4 hours of volunteer work for the association. These hours can be completed by helping at tournaments (registration table, 50/50, fields), concession during regular games, coaching, executive and opening day.

SOFTBALL BC NUMBER


For all players, a Softball BC number is required to register. This number will stay with them through their ball years. The one-time Fee is $10. Please visit the Softball BC website to register for a Softball BC number.
