Abbotsford Outlaws Midget B girls win provincial Gold in Nanaimo. The team went 3-1 in the round robin losing to Storm ’98, 2-0. They mercied the Delta Invaders ’97, Richmond Islanders, and Coquitlam Classics. Their first playoff game was against Poco Ravens whom they defeated. Sunday morning they played their second playoff game against Storm 98 and they lost 2-1 in 7 innings. The Outlaws faced the host team, the Nanaimo breakers and won easily.
